Water Transmission Line Repairs Completed at Highway 44 East near Corpus Christi International Airport
Water remains safe to drink
CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – Corpus Christi Water recently completed repairs on a large water transmission main at Highway 44 East near Corpus Christi International Airport.
Part of the repair includes flushing the water line to remove debris from the transmission line. This protocol is customary. Water customers in areas primarily southeast of the repair may see a slight change in water clarity. The difference in water clarity is temporary. Affected customers should see the water clarity return to normal within days.
