Voice Your Ideas About the Unified Development Code

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX –Development Services wants to hear from you! The department is currently working to update the City’s Unified Development Code (UDC) and will host a public briefing regarding the current proposed changes.

Join the conversation on Wednesday, July 31 from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. in the 3rd Floor Conference Room at 2406 Leopard Street. The public is encouraged to participate in voicing changes they’d like to see to ensure that all opportunities for comments and feedback are considered.

The UDC regulates development throughout the City, including zoning requirements, subdivision regulations, design and development standards, and review procedures. The current proposed amendments include state mandates that will go into effect September 1, 2019.
