Some Weekend Events Impacted by Inclement Weather

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – Rain and cooler temperatures may affect events this weekend in Corpus Christi.

The Veteran's Day Ceremony hosted by the City of Corpus Christi and the Mayor's Committee for Veteran Affairs Veterans will take place on Saturday, November 11, at 9:30 a.m. at Oveal Williams Senior Center, located at 1414 Martin Luther King Drive.  

The Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's will take place on Saturday, November 11, at 9:30 a.m. at The Waters Edge Park, located at 602 South Shoreline Boulevard.

The "Run the Runway" 5K and 1K kids fun run presented by Corpus Christi International Airport (CCIA), in partnership with VFit Productions, will take place on Saturday, November 11, at 8:00 a.m. at CCIA located at 1000 International Drive.

The "Safe Fun-Fit at the Bayfront" is canceled this weekend due to inclement weather. "Safe Fun-Fit at the Bayfront" fitness classes will resume on November 18, 2023, from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at McCaughn Park at The Water's Edge.
