CORPUS CHRISTI, TX - The City of Corpus Christi and TG100, Inc. PROSPERA Property Management will host a Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony for Palms at Blucher Park Apartments at 213 South Tancahua on Friday, August 23, at 11:00 a.m.

The Palms at Blucher Park Apartments is a 72-unit multifamily rental complex for households with incomes at or below 60 percent of the Area Median Income. The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs awarded this development $1.725 million in annual tax credits through the 9% Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program. Additional funding sources included HOME funds from the City of Corpus Christi, as well as construction and permanent financing from Wells Fargo Bank. The total cost for this project was $20.8 million.
