Water Line Break on North Padre Island

Repairs Underway

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – This afternoon, a private sector contractor working in the Commodores Bridge area of North Padre Island struck a Corpus Christi Water bypass water line, causing a water line break and loss of pressure on certain portions of the Island. No customers on the Island are without water, but some may be experiencing lower-than-normal water pressure. Repairs are underway and expected to be completed by the end of the day. More information will be forthcoming.
