New Watering Schedule Issued for Calallen Residents
The City of Corpus Christi continues to face drought conditions that adversely impact our region and place greater stress on Corpus Christi Water (CCW) infrastructure. CCW has observed very high water demands in the Calallen area during watering days, creating the need for alternate watering schedules.
Effective today, Calallen residents north of Northwest Boulevard and west of U.S. Highway 77 are urged to modify their watering activities. Customers with addresses ending in an even number are asked to water only on Mondays before 10:00 a.m., or after 6:00 p.m. Customers with addresses ending in an odd number are asked to water only on Wednesdays before 10:00 a.m. or after 6:00 p.m. This modified watering schedule will be in effect until further notice.
CCW is dedicated to encouraging smart water use and helping customers save water. For more information, visit cctexas.com/conserve.
