Water Line Replacement Project Will Result in Temporary Service Disruption
CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – Beginning Wednesday, June 28, Corpus Christi Water (CCW) professionals will install a water line at McArdle Road and Zarsky Drive. The 1100 and 1200 blocks of Zarsky Drive will experience temporary water service disruption from 10:00 p.m. – 3:00 a.m. on June 28 and during the same hours on June 29.
The three middle lanes of McArdle Road at Zarsky Drive will be closed from 8:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. Traffic will be shifted to outside lanes. Zarsky Drive at Kimbrough Drive will be closed to traffic but open to residents.
This project is part of ongoing efforts by CCW to improve the quality of infrastructure throughout the city. City vehicles and heavy equipment will be in the area throughout the coming weeks as work is completed.
Safety is a top priority, so motorists are advised to use alternate routes to avoid delays, remain aware of the work zone, and follow posted detour signs.
