CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – Municipal Court Director Gilbert Hernandez will announce the kickoff of the 2023 Warrant Roundup.
An amnesty period will begin Monday, February 20. During the amnesty period, customers can visit the court in person, call 361-826-2500 or email MCMail@cctexas.com to resolve active warrants. The amnesty period will end on Friday, March 3.
Starting Saturday, March 4, the Corpus Christi Municipal Court Marshals will begin actively seeking citizens with outstanding warrants. Citizens will be arrested anywhere they are found. This will continue until Friday, March 17.
The Corpus Christi Municipal Court can help citizens resolve their cases without fearing arrest. Cases with active warrants are assessed additional fees and costs. If citizens cannot pay their fees and would like to request a payment plan, they are encouraged to call the Court at 361-826-2500 or email the court at MCPaymentPlan@cctexas.com.
Residents can appear in Court and speak to a Judge on how to resolve their warrant or discuss alternative options to pay their fines and fees.
