Update - Emergency Road Closure along North Tancahua Street between Lipan Street and Comanche Street

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – The City initiated an emergency road closure along North Tancahua Street between Lipan Street and Comanche Street due to a sinkhole caused by a waterline break. Repairs are expected to take seven days, dependent upon the weather.

La Retama central library will maintain normal hours of operation.

Safety remains a top priority, and motorists are advised to use alternative routes to avoid delays, remain aware of the work zone, and follow posted signs.
