SPARK Program Offered from October 10 to 14th

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – The City of Corpus Christi’s Parks & Recreation Department is offering its SPARK Program for youth ages 6 to 16 in October. The SPARK Program will operate from Monday, October 10 through Friday, October 14, at the Lindale Recreation Center, at 3133 Swantner Drive.

This program offers a positive and engaging experience with fun activities where all the children can play, learn, and grow. Two sessions will be available to select from as follows: a morning session from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. or an afternoon session from 12:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Registration for one or both sessions is available.

Participants will enjoy a fun-filled school break playing sports, games and outdoor activities. They also will have the chance to get creative with arts and crafts and science projects, listen to presentations by guest speakers, and so much more! This is an open campus program with general supervision. Morning and afternoon snacks will be provided daily. Participants must bring their own sack lunch.

Online registration is open now and will remain open until filled. It is provided on a first-come, first-served basis at https://register.ccparkandrec.com/. All participating youth must be pre-registered before the week starts and signed in by an adult upon arrival each day. The registration fee is only $25 per child for each weekly session. No registration or payments will be accepted in person. Space is limited to 75 participants per session, so register early.
