Upcoming Job Fair Offers Chance to Work for the City of Corpus Christi

Seeking Applicants with Commercial Driver’s License

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – The City’s Solid Waste Department will host a job fair on Wednesday, August 10, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., at the J.C. Elliott Transfer Station, 7001 Ayers Street. Applicants must have a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).

The department is looking to hire Sanitation Operators with pay ranging from $17 to $20 per hour. These positions require a CDL.  

Job seekers will need to provide:

  • Two forms of I.D.
  • Proof of Education
    • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Bank Information Form or voided check
