CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – The City of Corpus Christi will hold a project unveiling ceremony to begin the construction of the Palms at Blucher multifamily apartment complex. The Palms at Blucher will house approximately 285 residents in 72 apartments consisting of one, two, and three-bedroom units with energy-efficient appliances and modern amenities.
