Go Team Therapy Dogs and Handlers Return to Train at CCIA

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – The GO TEAM Therapy, Crisis, and Airport Dogs will team up with the Corpus Christi International Airport (CCIA) to conduct collaborative training with members of the Transportation Security Administration (TSA). The training will give the dogs experience working around the sights and sounds of an airport.
This is not a public event.
Members of the media are invited to cover the training. Media can park in the short-term parking lot and meet with Executive Director Nancy Trepagnier outside the TSA checkpoint on the terminal's second floor.

The teams volunteer at schools, colleges, hospitals, assisted living homes, with the military, 911 centers, fire/ police departments, and juvenile courts. The GO TEAM Crisis Dogs have been called to comfort displaced victims of disasters and shootings. The GO TEAM has received numerous awards across the United States, including the AKC – American Kennel Club – Paws of Courage Award.
