CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS – The City of Corpus Christi will host a news conference to announce James Avery’s 41,000 square foot Artisan Center opening this summer. The new manufacturing facility is the fourth for James Avery, the first for Corpus Christi, creating 200 new jobs in the city.
“Our business is growing thanks to the support of communities just like Corpus Christi, and we're excited to expand our manufacturing operations to satisfy our guests,” said John McCullough, CEO of James Avery. “We selected Corpus Christi as the home of our newest facility because it has many great features that make it a solid fit for our needs, including the size of the community, the location, and the established presence of manufacturing operations in the region.”
“I am extremely excited to welcome James Avery as they open their manufacturing facility in our community,” said Mayor Paulette Guajardo. “It’s a new day in Corpus Christi, and we are open for business to new industries as we continue the path to economic prosperity.”
