City’s Customer Service Call Center to Begin Reducing Hours Saturday

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – Since Monday, February 15, the City’s Customer Call Center has operated 24-hour’s a day to address resident concerns on the inclement winter weather, power outages and the water boil notice. As the City begins to return to normal after this week’s extreme weather event, the Customer Call Center will return to its normal operating hours on Monday, February 22. Below is the remaining customer service call center schedule for this week:

Friday, February 19:  24 hours

Saturday, February 20: Until 7 p.m.

Sunday, February 21: Closed

The City’s Customer Service Call Center is proud to serve our citizens during times like these providing the very latest information, handling calls for service, and solutions to resident concerns.

Beginning, Monday, February 22, the Customer Service Call Center will return to its regular hours 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
