Swimming is something that you can enjoy throughout your life. We teach from age three to active adults, so join us. Our certified instructors teach participants how to swim with an emphasis on water safety. Instruction consists of a set of skills and techniques at each level, with students advancing to the next level at their own pace. We incorporate age-appropriate “playful” methods when we work with young children.
