Family Fun Kit Curbside Distribution This Weekend

Just in Time for the Fall School Break

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – As local children begin their fall school break many will be looking for fun at-home family activities. Parks and Recreation Department staff will be handing out free family fun kits curbside for pick-up on Saturday, November 21, at Lindale Senior Center, 3135 Swantner Drive, from 12 pm to 2 pm.

This week’s at-home activities which vary by age group, will include art & crafts kits, coloring pages, books, along with healthy snacks and juices. A limited quantity of 300 kits will be given out; one kit per person; and you must be present to receive items. The kits are for elementary age children. Kits for teens will be available upon request.

To Play It Safe with COVID-19, we have implemented procedures to prevent the spread of COVID-19. All participants, including staff, must wear a mask.
