CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – City, County, and Public Health District officials will have a news briefing to inform the public and the media about the latest COVID-19 local information.
The city is requesting only one media representative from each outlet. The public and the media are encouraged to view the briefing live on any of the following communication channels:

This is not a public gathering.
***Beginning Monday, August 10, 2020, the live COVID-19 briefings will be modified from daily to twice weekly on Tuesday and Friday at 5 p.m. with continued daily statistics released by email and posted online at www.cctexas.com/coronavirus. The change is necessary to accommodate workshops and public town hall sessions on the City’s Proposed 2021 Operating and Capital Budgets.
The Texas A&M University- Corpus Christi Modeling Task Force will continue to present prediction modeling on the local effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on Friday of each week until further notice.
