CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – The City of Corpus Christi, Nueces County and Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi will have a joint news conference to brief the public on a Task Force team project to create prediction modeling for the local effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The goal is to predict the number of cases in the Coastal Bend and impact on local hospitals depending on mitigation measures, how well they are followed, and the characteristics of our local population.
This is not a public gathering. The city is requesting only one media representative from each outlet will be allowed to attend. The public and the media are encouraged to view the briefing live on any of the following communication channels:
