The Schedule is Set for 4th of July Fireworks and Festivities!

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – The Mayor’s 4th of July Big Bang Celebration is right around the corner and the Big Bang Committee is excited to feature a day full of FREE events for the whole family.

The following are scheduled for Thursday, July 4:

Family Fun Zone

The Big Bang Family Fun and Music Zone will be open from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. between Sherrill Veterans Memorial Park and the Great Lawn at Water’s Edge Park, 602 Shoreline Blvd.

Parade

The Flint Hills Resources Patriotic Parade will start promptly at 6 p.m. The route will begin at I-37 & Shoreline Blvd. and travel southbound to Park St.

Harbor Bridge Light Show

The Stellar Energy Harbor Bridge Light Show experience brought to you by Malkan Interactive, will start at 9 p.m. Tune your radio to the following stations for choreographed music: 92.7FM, 95.5FM, and 1440AM.

Fireworks

The H-E-B Firework Show will be set off from a barge located in the Corpus Christi Bay just north of the People’s Street T-Head. The firework show is choreographed to music and will begin at 9:30 p.m.
