Explore New Cultures During Garcia Public Library’s Bilingual Story Time
CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – Celebrate diversity this summer at the Dr. Clotilde P. Garcia Public Library during its “One Story, Many Voices” story time.
Travel through India and China as the library features languages from each country every third Friday of the month through August. The event is FREE and welcomes children ages 3 to 12 to dive into unknown languages and special stories along with a culture related special activity.
Each story is read in both English and the featured language of the month. June’s featured language is Hindi. Story time kicks off Friday, June 21 at 2:00 p.m., at 5930 Brockhampton Street.
