Endless Summer of Fun at City Pools

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – Nothing says summer like spending time in a swimming pool! The Corpus Christi Parks & Recreation Department invites everyone to swim and play at its pools. It’s a great way to stay cool and active, and best of all it’s fun! It’s affordable fun for the whole family, so make swim dates part of your summer recreation plans.

 The Summer Swim Season runs from June 1 through August 11, 2019. Come have fun with friends at one of the six public pools located throughout the city. Check out our splash pools to enjoy the water features and beach-like entries at H-E-B Pool, and the Big Bucket Dump at Collier Pool. These are sure to be a special delight to families with youngsters. And if you’re looking for ways to stay in condition this summer and all year long, we encourage you to make Collier Pool and the Natatorium which offer lap swim lanes to be part of your fitness regimen.

Certified lifeguards are present during all swim times. Cost for admission at all City pools is FREE for ages 2 and younger; $2 for youth; $4 for seniors; and $5 for adults.

GENERAL SWIM: The Corpus Christi Parks & Recreations Department will offer general swim for all ages and skill levels. SUMMER SCHEDULE: General swim hours for all city pools will be Wednesday–Sunday from 1–6pm; except Corpus Christi Natatorium and Collier Pool, which will be open Tuesday–Sunday from 12–4pm. LAP SWIM: The Corpus Christi Parks & Recreations Department offers lap swim for swimmers of all ages. Lap swimming is ideal for conditioning training. General swim admission fees apply. SUMMER SCHEDULE: Collier Pool lap swim hours will be Monday from 5am–12pm; and Tuesday–Friday from 5am–4pm* and 6pm–8pm; and Saturday–Sunday from 10am–12pm. Corpus Christi Natatorium lap swim hours will be Tuesday–Friday from 5am–8pm; and Saturday–Sunday from 12–4 pm.
