Born to be Wild in Nature! O.S.O. Guardians Summer Youth Camp

Register Today For Our Weekly Nature Camp!

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – The Oso Bay Wetlands Preserve is offering five weeks of O.S.O. Guardians Nature Camp for children ages 5-11 this summer from June 11–August 9, 2019! Participants will Observe Science Outdoors by exploring our local environment through outdoor exploration, nature crafts, activities, and more! The camps will run Monday through Friday, from 9am-12pm with a field trip each Thursday to a local site!

Coastal Chronicles Teen Camp is a brand-new summer program designed for children ages 11-15 from July 15-19. Campers will create nature documentaries using provided electronics during field trips to local aquatic sites. Field trips include kayaking Mustang Island State Park, exploring Texas State Aquarium, beachcombing Padre Island National Seashore and fishing at TPWD/CCA Fish Hatchery. Camp will run daily from 8:15am-12:15pm.

All participants will receive a t-shirt, nature journal, water bottle and backpack on their first day of camp. For more information, go to www.osopreserve.com or call (361) 826-3311.
