Public Invited to Help Revamp City Development

Consultant to Help Evaluate and Update Unified Development Code

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – Know where you live! The City of Corpus Christi’s Development Services wants to hear from you as they work to update and revise the Unified Development Code (UDC). The UDC regulates development throughout the City including zoning requirements, subdivision regulations, design and development standards, and review procedures.

Development Services will host an open-door meeting for the public to voice their ideas Thursday, March 21 at 5:00 p.m. at the Lindale Senior Center, 3135 Swantner Street. Community planning consultants, Kendig Keast Collaborative will be on-hand to present a draft evaluation while gaining insight into the current issues, opportunities, and priorities of our community.
