CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – Fall is here, and the weather is showing it! But when it rains, rain water runs through the storm drains carrying everything including trash, chemicals, bacteria, and other pollutants. Storm drains can become clogged with excess leaves, tree branches, trash and, yes, even mattresses, which can lead to back-ups that flood streets and your property.

Join us Friday for a demonstration as crews uncover the array of debris they find in our storm drains and see what residents can do to help us maintain more than 600 miles of stormwater lines across the city.
