City’s Customer Call Center Changes Hours of Operation

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX - On Monday, June 4, the City of Corpus Christi’s Customer Call Center will change hours of operation to 7AM to 6PM, Monday through Friday.

This shift of manpower to coverage during peak hours will create efficiencies, improve customer service, and decrease wait times for callers. “There’s no decrease in service this is just a time change to provide better customer service during our busiest hours,” said Customer Call Center Manager Mary Newton.

The City has also made improvements to the self-service options on the website, visit and click the “Report” tab. After hours calls for urgent issues related to Gas and Water will continue to be answered. Please dial 911 for emergency assistance.
