Winter Weather City Closings
CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – Due to impending winter weather, the City of Corpus Christi will close most City offices including City Hall, Municipal Court, and public libraries at 2 p.m. today. There are other programs and offices which have also been impacted including:

Latchkey has been cancelled for today and is working with area school districts on closures.

All trials and hearings scheduled for Municipal Court will be rescheduled. If you were notified to appear as a juror, your date will also be rescheduled.

The Emergency Operations Center has been activated and many departments including streets and utilities will remain in operation to address issues as needed throughout the winter weather advisory.

The customer call center will maintain normal hours of 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. and transition to emergency utility calls overnight.

Lastly, the City will delay opening on Wednesday, January 17, until 11 a.m. This will include a delay until 11 a.m. for solid waste pickup.(Could be earlier depending on weather.)
