Utility Business Office’s Online Payment Portal Now Available

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – An additional utility bill payment option is now available on the City of Corpus Christi’s website (www.cctexas.com). The direct link to the payment portal is:

https://ccpay.cctexas.com/IPSUB/PortalAccount/Login.  

To pay online, customers must first register on the City’s website with their new utility account number which can be found on the December statement. Customers who have not received a December statement can call (361) 826-3404 to receive a new account number.

The activation of the City website payment portal completes the Utility Business Office’s software transition. Utility payments can now be made:

• In person at City Hall

• At Corpus Christi H. E. B. stores

• By phone

• By mail

• City website payment portal

• Online bill pay service through a bank or credit union
