CORPUS CHRISTI, TX - The City of Corpus Christi and the Mayor’s Committee on Veteran Affairs will host a Pearl Harbor Commemoration Ceremony on Saturday, December 7, at 10:00 a.m. at the Oveal Williams Senior Center, 1414 Martin Luther King. The ceremony was relocated from Sherrill Veterans Memorial Park due to forecasted inclement weather.
The ceremony includes a POW/MIA Missing Man Table, a parade of colors, representatives of veterans’ organizations, and remarks from dignitaries. The ceremony serves as a moment of reflection and gratitude to honor the commitment and sacrifices made by the members of the Greatest Generation and the lasting impact of their contributions to history.
