Health District to Offer Free Quit Smoking Classes

Beginning Wednesday, April 5, 2017

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX - Smokers who want to quit can get help from the Corpus Christi-Nueces County Public Health District’s Fresh Start Quit Smoking classes taking place every Wednesday in April from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the Oso Recreation Center located at 1111 Bernice Drive.

Each class is one hour long and it is recommended all four classes be completed. Health Education Specialist Noelia Rodriguez and Program Coordinator Luz Saenz will serve as class facilitators.

The program is made possible through the Texas Healthy Communities Program.
