Greenwood Drive Maintenance Work Continues North of SPID

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX - Beginning Monday, November 18, repaving work will begin on Greenwood Drive from South Padre Island Drive to Port Avenue as part of the Street Preventative Maintenance Program (SPMP).

The first phase of the work will be on Greenwood Drive from South Padre Island Drive to Gollihar Road, which is expected to be completed by Tuesday, November 26. On Monday, December 2, crews will shift work to Greenwood Drive from Gollihar Road to Port Avenue, which is expected to be completed by mid-December.

Lane closures will begin on the outside, northbound lane and continue lane by lane until each section is complete.

Safety is a top priority, so motorists are advised to remain aware of the work zone and follow posted signs.
