Garcia Public Library Closed Due to Power Outage

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – The Dr. Clotilde P. Garcia Public Library located at 5930 Brockhampton Street is temporarily closed due to a power outage Wednesday, July 31 until further notice.

Library staff thanks all patrons for their patience and asks before visiting residents call at 361-826-7055 to confirm the library has reopened. As repairs take place, citizens are encouraged to visit one of the City’s other library locations:

• La Retama Central, 805 Comanche Street
• Harte Public Library, 2629 Waldron Road
• Neyland Public Library, 1230 Carmel Parkway
• Hopkins Public Library, 3202 McKinzie Street
