Flour Bluff Demolition Signals Commitment to Community Progress

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – Neighborhood safety is a high priority for Code Enforcement’s Demolition Program, and they will demonstrate that commitment during National Community Development Week!

The program, funded by Community Development Block Grants (CDBG), will host a demolition Friday, April 26 at 9 a.m. at 1410 O’Neill Street to demonstrate how CDBG funds make a difference in the community.

Through a collaborative effort between Code Enforcement and the Housing and Community Development Department, residents can take back their streets after the removal of nearby abandoned or deteriorating structures which often attract illicit activities such as prostitution, gangs and drugs.
