Emergency Street Closure on Staples Street Open to Motorists

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – Staples Street between Maryland Drive and Annapolis Drive is now open to traffic.

Earlier this afternoon the Staples Street contractor was working in the area between Maryland Drive and Annapolis Drive when they hit an unmarked gas line. CCFD and City gas crews responded immediately, isolated the leak, and made repairs within an hour and a half.
