Development Services Invites the Public to Learn About Impact Fees
CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – The City of Corpus Christi Development Services Department invites residents and developers to attend a Development Services Taskforce Special Meeting called, “Impact Fees 101”. The meeting will explain how these fees help fund and pay for the construction and/or needed expansion of the city’s infrastructure.
Attendees will learn how impact fees work, what they are used for, and how it affects developers. This free session takes place Monday, January 27, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Corpus Christi City Hall, 1201 Leopard Street, 6th floor Conference Room.
