City's Human Resources Department Honored

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX - The Coastal Bend Society for Human Resource Management has named Steve Viera, Director of Human Resources as “Human Resources Practitioner of the Year”. Viera was selected because of his extensive of responsibility in serving a diverse group of more than 3,000 employees and more than 500 retirees. Viera has 19 years’ experience and has been Director of the Human Resources Department for two years.

Further congratulations go to the Human Resources Department for receiving an additional award at the ceremony for “Best Corporate Social Responsibility Strategy.”
