City Manager Recognition

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX - City Manager Margie C. Rose introduced the Fire Department's newest Assistant Chief during a recent Council meeting. Doug Matthijetz was promoted to the position of Assistant Chief of Training. The 26 year veteran firefighter takes over the training division recently vacated by retired Assistant Chief Joe Gonzalez.
