City Libraries Host Circus Act with Macaw and Canine Friends
CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – Come one, come all as the Corpus Christi Public Libraries invites families to experience the Circus Chickendog! The one-person, scarlet macaw, and five-dog Texas act will be putting on two free shows for the public.
The first performance begins at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 1, at the Owen R. Hopkins Public Library, located at 3202 McKinzie Road. The second showing starts at 3:00 p.m. at the Anita & W.T. Neyland Public Library, located at 1230 Carmel Parkway.
This event is made possible by the Friends of the Corpus Christi Public Libraries and the American Association of University Women for the Sue Stanford Memorial Program.
