City & Driscoll Children’s Hospital Host Joint News Conference
Announcing Details about Walk-in Vaccinations by Appointment Only

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – The City of Corpus Christi and Driscoll Children’s Hospital will hold a joint news conference announcing details about another COVID-19 vaccination site. The American Bank Center is being set up to offer free vaccinations for eligible Phase 1A & 1B recipients. This vaccination effort led by Driscoll Children’s Hospital is an appointment based walk-in service only at the American Bank Center.
The city is requesting only one media representative from each outlet. The public and the media are encouraged to view the briefing live on any of the following communication channels:

Following a short break, the City of Corpus Christi and Nueces County will have a joint news conference to brief the public on the COVID-19 pandemic. This replaces the news conference normally held at 5 p.m. each Tuesday.
Both news briefings are not public gatherings.
