CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – The City of Corpus Christi and PROSPERA Community Housing Services will host a Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony for Casa de Mañana Apartments located at 4702 Old Brownsville Road on Monday, April 11, at 10:00 a.m.
The Casa de Mañana Apartments is a 99-unit multifamily rental complex for households at or below 30 percent of the area median income. The project included demolition and reconstruction and was funded with low-income housing tax credits and $350,000 from the City’s federal HOME Investment Partnerships Program allocation.
