CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – The Corpus Christi Fire Department (CCFD) and State Farm Insurance are teaming up to welcome a new Arson Detection K9 to the CCFD.

Baisa, a Labrador Retriever, was funded through the State Farm Arson Dog Program, which is available to fire departments and law enforcement agencies across the United States. For 30 years, the program has placed more than 450 dogs in 46 states, three Canadian provinces, and the District of Columbia.

Baisa will be on hand to showcase her skills in finding arson-related evidence at this event.
