9,000 Second Dose Vaccinations to be Administered at Richard M. Borchard Regional Fairgrounds on Wednesday and Thursday
CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – Nine thousand second dose vaccinations will be administered by the Corpus Christi – Nueces County Public Health District for two second dose clinics for Phase 1A and 1B patrons who received their first dose vaccine on January 11, 12, 15, or 16 at the Richard M. Borchard Regional Fairgrounds.
A second dose clinic will begin at 8:00 a.m. Wednesday, February 10 and another second dose clinic will start at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 11. Both second dose clinics will be at Richard M. Borchard Regional Fairgrounds, 1213 Terry Shamsie Boulevard, Robstown, Texas.
Today you will receive a text message with the “magic link.” Please click on the link and answer the questions to receive your QR code. On Tuesday, February 9, you will receive an appointment reminder by text or landline notifying you of your appointment date and time to receive your second vaccine. Patrons with landlines can call the Health District for assistance on the “magic link” by calling 361-826-7200 option 2.
Patrons vaccinated on January 11 and 12 will receive their second dose appointment on Wednesday and those that were vaccinated on January 15 and 16 will receive their second dose appointment on Thursday. Five hundred patrons will be assigned a specific hour at a time. Patrons will need to be at the Richard M. Borchard Regional Fairgrounds one hour before their appointment time.
Registered patrons will be unable to change their appointment time or transfer appointment to a family member. All registered appointments are final. If patrons miss their appointment for a second dose vaccination, they can try to come to a future available second dose clinic.
