CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – Earlier today at the regularly scheduled City Council meeting, the Council approved a professional services agreement with Lockwood, Andrews, & Newman for the North Beach Canal project. The phase I services will include the determination of a final project scope, and limits, whether the canal will function as a major drainage facility or not and be navigable.
