Time to #BeReadyCC for Hurricane Season

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX - Are you ready? Monday, June 1, is the first day of the 2020 hurricane season. The City of Corpus Christi wants everyone to be prepared and encourages residents to begin mapping out an emergency plan.

Not sure where to start? No worries. The City has the latest information to get you and your family ready. You can find out what you need for your emergency kit, ways to protect your home, why you should backup your computer files, pet care tips, how you can sign up for emergency alerts and how to prepare for a hurricane during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The information is available through the City’s website at www.cctexas.com/beready, on the City’s Facebook page at www.facebook.com/citygov/ and on twitter @cityofcc. Use the hashtags #BeReadyCC, #BeReady, or #HurricanePrep throughout the summer to show us how you are preparing for the season.
