City Library Program helps Students get their High School Diploma

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – Some Corpus Christi residents are reaching some milestones in their educational career. La Retama Central Library invites the community to the Success for Life: 2019 Graduation Ceremony. The celebration kicks off at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, November 15, at 805 Comanche Street.

Success for Life gives students who dropped out of school the opportunity to obtain their high school degree or GED. Applicants must pass an initial evaluation to become eligible for a library-sponsored scholarship to attend career online high school.

The free event gives anyone 16-years-old and up the chance to cheer on the first graduating class from the career online high school and learn more about the program.
