CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – Traditionally, cooking and baking are a joyful part of the holidays. The food is delicious, but don’t let the festivities get bogged down by a clogged drain. Properly dispose of food waste that contain fats, oils and greases (FOG). Dumping FOG down your drain can block wastewater lines resulting in costly repairs.

The Wastewater Division of the Utilities Department will have free grease containers available to the public for proper FOG disposal. Supplies are limited, and containers will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
