City Software Transition brings Temporary Payment Option Adjustments

Speedy Cash Locations Unable to take Payments

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – The City’s Utility Business Office software upgrade is underway changing the way customers pay their utility bill. The City would like to let customers know, Speedy Cash locations are unable to process utility payments at this time.

If you wish to make a payment, visit your neighborhood HEB store in Corpus Christi, take advantage of your bank’s online payment services or send through the mail. Because of the inconvenience to our customers, no late penalties or shut-offs for non-payment will occur until the transition is complete.

The software transition is expected to last approximately two to three weeks. Upon completion, this change will streamline the billing process. As always, the City of Corpus Christi strives to provide the best customer service, and we thank you for your patience.
