CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – Join Mayor Joe McComb, District 1 Council Member Everett Roy, and City Manager Peter Zanoni, along with representatives of the City of Corpus Christi Parks & Recreation Department celebrate the early completion of The Water’s Edge playground improvements. The upgrades were completed ahead of the scheduled mid-March reopening and are ready in time for residents and visitors to enjoy during the upcoming Spring Break.

The purpose of the playground improvements is to restore Fall Zone safety measures which consists of the existing play surface being removed, a new concrete floor poured, and a new pour-in-place deck installed over the concrete.
