Mary Rhodes Pipeline
CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS – Please join the City as it celebrates the completion of the Mary Rhodes Pipeline Phase II during a dedication ceremony. Phase II of the pipeline will provide Corpus Christi and its water customers a fourth water source in the event of a drought. The pipeline was named after Corpus Christi’s late Mayor Mary Rhodes who envisioned an additional water source for the Coastal Bend in 1992 and led the City in securing Colorado River water rights from the Garwood Irrigation Company.
