Health District to Host 3rd Annual Fall Festival & Flu Clinic

CORPUS CHRIST, TX - The Corpus Christi - Nueces County Public Health District will host its 3rd annual Fall Festival and Flu Vaccine Clinic, Saturday, October 27th, at 1702 Horne Road from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

The fall festival will showcase all Health District programs. Nurses, public health technicians, administrators, and epidemiologists will be available to answer questions regarding public health, ZIKA, or any program offered through the Health District. The fall festival will include free games, door prizes, hot dogs, popcorn, pickles, and cotton candy while supplies last. Also, there will be a special appearance by Lanky the Clown and a classic car exhibit.

Due to the flu season approaching, the Health District will administer the first 80 doses of flu vaccines for ages 3 and older at no cost. Additional flu vaccines will be available for $20 (cash only).
